Please talk to all your friends and associates and share the attached registration form as widely as possible. Bring a lathe, your carving tools, scrollsaw or pyrography equipment.  This is an event to share knowledge and see what others are doing.

The application form to attend Participation 2020 is attached.  You have options for the completion of this form:

1.  Our preference is that you download the file via the link below, open the file, type into it (including page 3), use SAVE AS to save it on your computer.  Put your money in our bank account.  Send the saved form to our Treasurer at the email address shown.

2. Print it, write on it (including page 3), scan it and send that file to our Treasurer at the email address shown. Put your money in our bank account using the method of your choice.

3. Print it, write on it (including page 3), send it with your money to the address shown.
